This has nothing to do with Warwick or music in general but I thought I'd share (more like vent) my anger with a certain internet store that seems to have ripped me off for $105.00. The store sells outdoor adventure racing gear (packs, shoes, etc.) and I purchased a daypack that has been very difficult to find. I even paid $11 for express shipping......:x. I ordered the pack on Jan 21 and my bank deposited the cash on the 22nd. I have called the company and left messages and have emailed the owner regarding a status of my order (both with zero results). This was a secure purchase and looked to be a respected dealer but the customer service (lack of) is total sh*t! I'm going to give it until the end of this week and then I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. If any of you guys are into hiking/adventure racing/ etc. PM me and I can give you the address of who not to buy gear from. I feel as though I've been mugged.
