What are you guys using?? Ive been asked nicely (Ie Pressured  ) into getting a set for my regular gig. And this is for the whole band but I know that I'll have to spend that bit extra to get the models with more 'enhanced' bass added into them.
So far ive been recommended the Shure E4's and M-Audio XE-20s but just wondering if you've had other experiences with the same or different products.

Couple of added things.. I will still use my rig behind me for that feel pressure because I know I could never get used to no air moving behind me and a couple of the front guys definately need that feel on stage of the bass. As well as Im not to sure of the amount of control we'll have on each mix but we do have a regular sound guy who does basically every gig.

I'm also curious about mixer setup for IE monitors. The problems seems to appear at a gig with many bands playing one after the other. The solution is to bring your own mixer and change the auxiliary exits?

thanks

I am using westone UM2
UM2 dual drive monitors.
Also you will need an eq, and it is better to use a compressor too for the monitor.
Adrian, I don't know what to say here... In ears are pretty tricky being right in your ears, if the monitoring is nor right you are in trouble. The eq and compreesor helps a lot too.
We are traveling always with all our equipement for that... So it is always or mixer, monitor mixer, our effects, multicore monitors, backline, etc.
