I need specs.

Hello everyone! Long time no talk!

I have a couple of questions for ya.

Long story short, I'm having a custom bass built. But in order to get it I have to do all my home work and buy all the parts and they will build it for free!

Because I love the feel of Warwick bass necks, I want to have something just like it. I need to get the specs of the neck and fretboard sizes exact. Where could I get that?

Hey man - good score on your free custom bass.

Couple things, and this is just my 2 cents - no offense intended.

Asking a company, or anyone that has proprietary knowledge of a company's specs for its trademarked product will usually lead you to dead ends. A lot of time and effort goes into creating their products, and they generally are reluctant to share the design specifics... especially if the intent is for another company or entity to copy or reproduce their product for free. Sometimes, companies will sell design rights to a friendly competitor - but I doubt that would happen here.

If it were me, I'd take my own measurements or allow the bass you enjoy playing to be used so that a jig could be made based on the profile you like. However; keep in mind that if money exchanges hands based on their use of another companies design, tit-for-tat, then that would probably be seen in a less than favorable light - you follow?
