i need HELP!!! (windows 07 or Vista)

i have windows XP 03, and i accidently sent a document home for school using 07, thus, i can't open it. can any of you guys open it and send it to me in a format that windows XP 03 can read?

that file you uploaded is corrupt. it's only got a few characters in it, some weird symbols and "a oconnor" is all that is readable. the file name looks like it is a backup or partial, with the ~$.
 
damn. i hate windows...

unfortunately you have the wrong file... the one you have is the temporary backup file that office uses while you work...

the proper document is still on the school computer...
