I like the new website

I took some time to get familiar with the new site and peruse around a bit. You guys did a nice job overall, the only thing you may want to adjust in the future is providing access to discontinued products in the support drop-down menus, right now it's only current products. I know you mention in the FAQ's to send an email to support for outdated products but this may be more of an undertaking than you realize, especially with all the used gear we buy and sell. Sometimes there is something for sell that the original owner doesn't know all the details of, so it's up to the buyer to educate themselves about what it is they are buying and look for old product specs and manuals. Or if you didn't want to reintroduce retired product lines back into the new site, you could archive the old retired product pages and/or the manuals and spec sheets and put up a PDF page with download links for us to download discontinued product info manually, kind of like the Fender site except without the search function, just have all PDF's on the same page for us to look through in product order/alphabetical order.

I really like the look and feel of the new website. There are a few problems though which I am sure will be fixed.

1. The menu does not work on an iPhone. Haven't tested the iPad yet.
2. When I go to Basses -> made in germany -> Dolphin Pro 1 -> Info -> 5 string I get thrown back to the frontpage.

Seems to work better for me on my iPad, than my iPhone. The Dolphin Pro I issue mentioned by DiMarco, applies to the other bass model string options as well. Also, I'm assuming the Custom Shop section is a work in progress...as not all the previous CS gallery basses are there? Finally...can't find the retail price lists or distributor catalogs??

But overall, I really like the new website! :-)

I believe there will be a mobile site soon. For cel phones
 
When you look at the hellborg cabs (where they are in a slideshow type thing), the writing is white on white background :P
 
I like the new site, too. Been surfing it and i think you´ve been doing a good job.

There are few bugs here or there, like when you click on the numbers "4", "5", "6", that I understand should take you to the pics and specs of the 4, 5, or 6 string version of the model, but instead takes you to the homepage. ;)

Yeah I noticed this too, it wasn't on my mind when I started the thread.


Sidenote: FYI - you can click and drag the photos to scroll instead of using the arrow buttons, I like that.
 
Anyone notice when clicking anything up top like "made in germany" or "instruments" leads you to a blank page?
 
Just saw the new website but I have to go to sleep. I am all eager to check it out in the next few days. :-)
