I got my bike!

my bike has the same chain for almost 15 years and i don't do any thing to keep it up.i know it's lazyness.i like trek bikes i have had good luck with mine.
 
I took a 20 km ride Friday and a 30 km ride yesterday. This can't end well :d I love the bike already.

Sam, what is the frame? Is it a customer config? Had a look on their website but couldn't see it (they have hunners of bikes on there).
 
2010 model, old colour, 60 cm.

Have ridden 87 km over three days now. Awesome.

I really recommend the District or the Soho.
 
Yeah, can't decide whether to go "pure'ish" with a single speed as (couldn't cope with a fixed). On the other hand I have also been looking at something like this:



Get's windy here so I might appreciate the extra gears. Soho looks a bit heavy.
 
Yeah I imagine the Soho being a bit heavier. I love the concept of the District.
 
District is real pretty, especially in green. Replacing a 13 yr old Kona Cindercone with front suspension, retro fitted with cross tyres, so anything more road focused is going to feel like dream!!!

Looks ideal Flo, whatever I get will need to have mud guards (wind is gusting to 55 kph today and v.wet:(( summer is over).
