Recently, some used Warwicks show up in reasonable price in Taiwan, I may want to buy all of them.

1. Warwick Thumb NT 4, the seller said it got a deadspot on the G string, I have to try to know how bad it is, no question.

2. Warwick Kanata NT 4, it is cheap but I didn't pay alot attention on this model, the body shape is not very Warwick to me, I will buy it anyway due to the low price, is this out of production ? how much is the new one? what kind of custom is this bass design for?

3. Warwick Thumb BO 6 maple top, this is my biggest doubt if I want to buy it, I used to have a Thumb BO 6 but sold, the few bass I sold don't feel regret, to hard to slap, but this one is Maple top, walnut or Ovangkol body, I think that maple body is a good idea to get bigger bottom sound, but how about just maple top??
is it just for looking or the bass really sounds different than the original Thumb BO 6????

Please give me some idea?

Joe

I say, if you have the extra cash... Buy'em all. And if any of them let you down, you can always sell for same value or more.

1. No answer.

2. No.
Here is one for 1400€ new.
Don´t understand that last question.

3. Never tried one, so don´t know if it sounds that different.

Buy them all and let your hands and ears be the judges.

Thanks man,

I just found that the Kanada deal is maybe a lie....I just want to collect him, I don't know how it sounds, the bass wood is similar to ss1

The thumb Bo 6 I don't like to pay much, I just sold one last year, I wish I can have a ash or maple thumb
