How long...?

About a month ago I sent away for two replacement JANIII's for my two basses, and I still have not received them and I was just wondering how long it usually takes for Warwick to send the replacement nuts. I live in the United States if that helps. Thanks.
 
Hey mate,I'm assuming you sent the stamped,self addressed envelope to Dana B Goods for your new nut.They've received a large number of requests for the nut & it's taking some time to fulfill all the orders in a reasonable amount of time.You can give them a call to make sure your order has been recieved & hasnt gotten lost in the mail.
 
They need more people over there! I left messages for Tyler and ....I forgot the other guys' name....two days now and still no response :? If anyone is tight with them over there, hook me up and tell them to call Gerry back, I left my info.
 
Alright, I'm going to give them a call to see if they got my order and/or sent it out already. Does anybody have the number to Dana B. Goods, I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks.

did you get them for free? cause im getting a used Warwick that probably only has the JANII. Do you still have to pay for them or do they send them out to you for free? cause i wouldn't mind getting one to replace my JAN II but im a little short on cash at the moment. lol
 
That depends on your distributor mate,usually they're free as a replacement for a JAN2 but if they do charge you,it's only like $9.00.
 
i finally got my JANIII in today, and i sent away for it well over a month ago, so just hang in there.
