Horn buzzing

when playing low strings (B, D) horn is buzzing

I was trying to change the horn volume from the back , but it's not changing it's always at maximum.

With a multi-meter tested, the resistance was changing when turn it , so the back switch is working.

My question is: why I can't change horn volume?
 
Did you buy the cab new? If the resistance is changing when turning the Lpad that part is working.
Maybe the internal wiring was attached incorrectly? It is easy to make this mistake as the three poles on an Lpad do not always have the same layout across different brands.

Try the cab with the horn covered, see if the buzz is still the same. This way you can determine if it is the horn itself or some other part in your cab mechanically resonating and causing the buzz. Hardy might be on the right track.
 
I disconnected the horn, no buzz
I disconnected the main speaker, with horn connected and can hear clearly the horn is buzzing. So it's not the cab.

How I tested it:
1. I opened the Lpad how you call it DiMarko, I mean the back volume control, and checked the internals, and how resistance was changing between middle and right pin (where are connected the + wire)

Disconnected the speaker and horn
Tested the resistance between same middle pin on Lpad/volume control and the + wire , nothing,
between middle pin and - wire, it's changing same way and same values as on first test, when tested only the Lpad.

Switched the wires on the horn, same buzzing sound.
 
As a solution till will replace my horn

From line out going into a Dimavery 6" 15W Combo, Bass turned off, trouble full, and playing with middles
