Hey everyone, I got my first warwick a while back and I felt was time to join the warwick forums, I'm hoping to start collecting warwicks, altough money may be an issue :?

Anywho heres my bass, I'm playing through a fender bass man 100, any tips or advice on tone would be wecome, the only problem I've had is that turning the gain on my amp up above 4 gives rise to insane amounts on clipping, apart from that I love the bass :)

Hi and a big welcome! Not a bad first Warwick you have there :D
There is a post called "Show us your bass then", go there and publish some pics as well. Cheers / mats

Welcome

Excelent place to start your collection.
I'm hoping my 2nd bass will me "Mats Hot Rod"
:D

I love that finish!! That was my second choice of warwick, after the Vampyre.

Hello there, Chabbers and welcome to this beatiful, autonomous universe of good taste and brotherliness 8)

Hey there from the uk! hope you enjoy the forum and stick around! gorgeous bass you have there!

I like the finish. Is that the Honey Violin?? That's what I got on my Corvette FNA Jazzman. Love those Streamers though....all the sexy contours and whatnot...

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, it is honey violin naetog! I actually got the bass reduced by quite a bit because there were some scratches one the back, but that didn't bother me, as I' min it for the tone really :)

The active pickups are awesome, I can't turn the gain on my amp above 5 because of them :D

I am also the proud owner of one of these, same configuration, except mine is Burgundy red. Great instrument, when you blend the two pickups together and find "your spot" it sounds like heaven.
