That's why it's called Thunderbird

In real life the bass is a mid-monster. Not that low. It has the 70s sidewinder pick ups: Two coils but turned on their sides, with a blade in middle. Think a stacked humbucker on it's side. Sixties and modern T-birds have normal humbuckers and are fatter. But I really love the sound of this one. The sound of the vid isn't quite representative.
