Have you ever seen a black 2003 ltd bleach blonde?

And they can't even interpret the ltd number properly
 
Yeah. "ZOMG SUPER RARE!" Every ♣♣♣♣ I take is one of a kind. That doesn't mean it's worth calling rare and selling it on the internet.
 
Well I just think it looks wrong this way. Painted or swapped. Fugly.
 
Whether its a differnt body or not we would need to see the sides whether it has the ash/maple top.

Otherwise i havent seen many (if all?) maple boddied thumbs

SO my guess is its a re fin,

Anyway, usual blonde thumbs go for around the 1400 mark ive seen so i dont see how a re fin would justify a 2000 price

Yup even the bleached blonde 5 string I had didn't cost me 2k (and let me tell you, that's a hard bass to find!)
 
Just to clarify... You're talking about basses, right?

Black bleach blonde.... Seen several that aren't basses
 
well its gone from ebay now, so i guess the bluff worked for someone to dish out the $$
