Guys,

I currently have a 5'er Corvette Standard and have an opportunity to pick up a Streamer Stage 1. Issue is that I would like to put the black hardware from my standard onto the Stage 1 instead of the gold hardware. I know that I will need to pick up additional knobs but was more curious about the bridge, etc being compatible between both of them. I still have my chrome hardware that I will put back on the Corvette.

Thoughts?
 
Just colour the bridge in with a sharpie!

it will look like crap and last for days!
 
Yeah, because SSI5 strings is broadneck, you need a BN bridge...
 
Out of curiosity, I am somewhat considering switching my black hardware on my Katana with the gold hardware on my old Streamer (ie. cast vs brass). Do brass bridges fit on the cast models, and vice versa?
 
some do, some don't you should try. IIRC the old bass bridges were a little bit smaller...
 
There are 2 old versions of the 2 piece bridge narrow one 87-88
Regular one 89-
