Good price?

So i was at the guitar center a few months back, bare with me... and i saw a great Thumb bolt on... i played it, and it sounded great! so i looked at the price tag: it was $660! I knew it was a steal, so i bought it. (sorry if that didn't really make sense...) But for a thumb, is that a good price, or is it common to see them that cheep, in that great of a condition?:?:
