Does it have to be a Warwick? I used to have a 6-string Corvette but couldn't get used to the spacing/neck width 8)



Yes, it has 15mm spacing in case you are wondering about the thin neck :lol: You can see the difference better in this picture, when compared to a "normal" spacing.

One wick is more than enough to qualify them :P

we love all kinds of basses dude...its a very open forum.

BTW...what 6er is that? Its really nice looking! Is the 5 a Sage bass?

It's an AV bass, from a czech luthier (, ), just like the 4-string on that other picture (). Both are NT basses, the 4 is 32" scale with 29 frets. 6-string is 34" with a piezo.

What 5, I don't have a 5-string :)

Scroll up this page, there is some links... Primus songs are a good way to get your hands warm. Haven't played them in years though. Ok, maybe a little of The Awakening and Tommy the Cat. But not much ;)

Lovely bass man, but 4 batteries?! Three I can understand - 18V for the pickups and EQ, with one for the LEDs, but what's the 4th for?

It's actually a 9V system. So one for the electronics and three for the LEDs. The LEDs are from MEC.

MEC are delivering LED systems running on one battery nowadays.

I'm expecting my first 6 string (CS Streamer LX) at the end of June...
 
No Warwick yet as I'm currently in the process of scratching up a few coins to start shopping for a used thumb6. :)

I own a Cort Curbow 6 which I purchased from Curbow stringed instruments and even had it setup and signed by Greg Curbow himself(RIP).
 
theres some beautiful 6ers but WOW! geez lex, i mean i loved you whitey streamer but man! that makes me want to get a streamer! and i dont like streamers! :lol:
