FS: Warwick Streamer stage one 1992 only 650

the lutier used expoxy and a band that he placed on the rear of the neck as extra support.
Doesn't look gooed, but also not bad at all. The lutier is 'Stijlvorm' from the Netherlands. It was done somewhere around 2011. still a fat playing bass. Did not gig it.

Yeah would you say it's fixed? Or is it moving around and ready to go again... Don't know much about broken necks and what it would do to the bass perminatly... Quite an expensive risk. But a risk I might take. Where is your location?
 
Hi it is now fixed. just made a movie, will post that tonight. it is the headstock that had a crack. Was fixed by luthier in the netherlands called 'stijlvorm' . I will pm you.

eh, controls in new video (guys i am doing my best ;) these r really the first vids of me playing the base evah. I play synths normally) Bit difficult without my strap. BTW it has strap lock holes.. You can also see that I am a bit of a rough player...cause I use to play without the amp at night when the kids sleep....

so the control knob at the bridge is the low bass, above is the treble, at the front, volume and passieve/active, and below is the pick up balance..

so a very nice warwick inc beautycase almost for nothing.
 
enfin : final pick up possible at 550 for a rich sounding ss1 with fixed headstock.
 
hmm i wil put this on hold 4 myself for now.
This is a fast neck..

plans for kahler and white finish.. Or any other tips / mods on this, any ideas? (pics / links)

How about a proper neck repair? ;)

Once I planned to let a Streamer bolt on 5-string be painted white. Some black hardware and it looks like a whole different bass. But in the end I just sold the bass and bought another Warwick in original condition, a Thumb NT5.
 
neck is perfect now, paid 180 euro's to fix it. stedy for a couple of years, but maybe a kahler and midi.
 
be careful, this is an oil finished bass, hard to make a solid finish to stick...
 
hardy it is steady 4 couple of yrs now. Better dan swappy squier necks.
 
I say keep the bass, added mojo - If it still sounds good, then it doesn't matter - still looks good to me
