Hi all-new to the forums. I am looking at purchasing a pre-owned Framus Diablo Custom in a Honey-amber gloss finish. The guitar is a 9-9.5 condition, and has been played less than 20 hours. It was manufactured in 2001. Was Framus using the PLEK technology then? Also, what would be a reasonable price to pay for this (in US dollars)? He is asking $1800. Is there anything in particular that I should pay special attention to? Thanks so much for your input!

We started using PLEK later, but that guitar should be OK... We cannot comment about price, but check ebay for refference. The price seems to be high...
Things you need to check - like for any guitar - check if the trussrod works, frets are OK, electronics working, no hissing, tuners, etc...
