The deal was pretty smooth, not to mention intercontinental. Open dealings with a good bloke. fair price, insurance was split, everything went as smoothly as could be expected. couple money issues (tax threshold headaches and all that fun stuff but schnit happens, i have nothing but good feelings about this deal) he even threw in a case, wick sticker, strap (great leather one - no nylon rubbish here), user kit, pen, mousepad and little dolphin badge. So not only do i have a sweet bass, but i can deck myself out as a total fanboy!8: The bass was immaculately packed, in a case, in a box with bubble wrap around the de-tensioned strings. perfect.

The bass is in good nick, neads a little TLC (strings/wax/oil) but it has the one tiny dent he mentioned in the add and the rest is very nice. Nothing but honesty form our man aikman.

plays great out of the case,

THANKS MICK- She will have a great home here with me.

To be fair Augie, I've got to say it's been a pleasure doing business - excellent correspondence and you made it pretty easy to complete the deal - to all you other wick-ers - feel confident in doing business with this man - top fella!!

Augie, I'm hoping that you and Philippa have a happy life together..(prizes to the first who figures out why she's called "Philippa)

BTW you'll need to check the spelling in your sig if you ever put her down - do it on the firm's time..and some more pics??

Now all I need to do is sell my Jaydee Supernatural and get back to having a "sensible" amount of basses...

best wishes

Mick
