Cruising ebay and found that. I know its not a Warwick, but it is hilarious!! Almost as bad as that chinese Ritter copy, if anyone remembers that one...
 
Dont really think its that bad, its not a copy of a wick is it?? Just an elcheapo bass.
 
I think it is supposed to be a Benavente. Interesting that they actually tried a el cheapo single cut! Heck if it was made by a slightly credible name I would buy one (but Im also a sucker for single cuts)
 
the description says it's a Maestro. I've never heard of it lol
 
Oh well, it's not like he's charging big bucks for it.

Not really my thing, but it's not completely horrible.

Basswood ain't all that bad, So I figure if we were to throw some Bart's in there with a Wick' bridge and a Warmoth neck or something, it could be sweet!

... of course then you would have enough money into it you could buy a Warwick or something nice

I think they are trying to copy a Benavente maybe? I've seen that design somewhere before. and Trey, your right. Check out his other items, there are some rather humorous copys in there!
 
That thing looks nothing like any Benavente I've seen.The only similarity is it's a single cut.
 
Im just throwing guesses out there. lol. A Fodera then maybe? I know I've seen it around before though...
 
No worries mate.Most single cuts look the same to me too.Unless it's like John's Bolin.
I thought that maybe you had a particular boutique style bass in mind,that looks the same as that monstrousity.
 
nah not really anything in mind. I do like that Bolin though, its Les Paul like but waaayyy tastier!
