Enquiries Response Time?

Hello all
Can anybody tell me the average response time from sending an enquiry to Warwick via warwick.de
I sent one yesterday afternoon and have had no response yet.
Fairly urgent because I'm trying to find out what case my CS Corvette $$ is going to come in.
I've ordered a rockcase seperately but if it comes with one I need to cancel it. Have tried contacting the dealer to ask but they aren't replying to e-mails and I can't call during office hours at the minute.

You should always ask questions through your dealer (I have done the opposite way once, I know). Usually CS basses comes in a RC. /P
 
Sometimes the CS enquiry page doesnt work the way it's supposed to.The best thing to do is email the CS rather than use the enquirie thing,that way your sure to get a reply.A general rule with Warwick is,if you dont hear back the next day,email them.Hans Peter Wilfer usually handles all the CS enquiries personally & replies promptly to all enquiries,& yes,he does sleep,I dont know when but. :wink:
 
Thanks guys. I'll wait another day and then e-mail them whilst trying to sneak off work to ring the dealer.

Gotta check with them, but nevertheless, I'm pretty sure all CS basses come with a Rockcase instead of a gigbab...........
 
Not everywhere, thirdthum. It is better to ask your dealer. In some contries, CS and NT basses are shipped in Gigbags.

I knew about the NT basses; I'm expecting my Thumb NT in a gigbag......... but I wasn't aware that it's the case with CS basses as well.........oi...... :shock:
 
Oi vei! It depnds on the dealers really! I guess you can say almost everywhere they are shipped in flightaces, but still. it is good to ask.

That's pretty much a standard Streamer StageII (pricewise), except for the finish, which is unusual, because of the Afzelia wood............wow.........the price is pretty much the same as an off the shelf SSII.......................
Dude, when I asked a couple of years ago, when purchasing my Thumb 4 BO, how much it would cost me to have it in black, I was told that it would cost an additional 1000 Euro !! :shock: Even though the standard 4 string Thumb BO costs "only" 1800 Euro !!! :shock:
Friggin' expensive !!! :( Since then I always thought CS basses are too expensive for me until I read the opposite thing on this forum...........
 
yeah it's really a good price, might even consider it maybe next year :D

you know, i thought CS basses were damn expensive until i had the price for my CS $$..from now on i think i'll hardly go back to stock :D
 
Kilminster, if you are in the UK, your custom shop bass will be shipped in a flight case. Make sure you get it - don't let the dealer rip you off!

Cancel your order for the separate case (you might want a gig bag instead though - thoses cases are frigging heavy!)
 
Hi guys.
Ok, definitive answer from Warwick is that mine will come with a Rockbag.
This doesn't surprise me as the only mod is the wood which actually cost me less than a Rockcase so makes sense.
The good news is that it's ready and is being shipped today.
Yippeee!! :D
