i was just wondering, the amp is only 300W, and if i play in a large venue will i be able to plug it in to the PA system, or combine it with more speakers?

thanks

Yes, you can go to the PA system, an amplifier shapes your sound, and give you comfort on stage, but the people in front are listening the bass from the PA system.
You cannot add more speakers, but you don't really need them on most gigs.

if you cant add more speakers, then whats the line out for?

thanks

The line out is to link the preamp to the PA system, or to another amplifier :-)

lol hold on a sec. so you can hook the line out to another amp, therefore adding more speakers right?

i thought the D.I. was used to hook up to the PA. (does PA stand for power amplifier)

many thanks for my noobish questions

Yes, the 25.2 has a DI out.

Regarding more speakers, the internal load has the amp running at it's maximum capacity. If you want to, you can unplug the combo's speaker and plug into two 8 ohm cabs - but hey, it's a combo, right? If you want to do that buy a head.

The 300w 25.2 should be plenty for most rehearsal and stage monitoring applications, even carrying smallish gigs by itself, and if you need FOH support, use the DI to the PA.

;)

Well, it's not like adding more speakers beacause you need another amp too. The DI out is for the console, to be with the bass" in front"
