Dodgy Jack Socket on FNA Jazzman

Hi, I need help. I have a dodgy socket on my FNA Jazzman. I have downloaded the schematic but the only info is that the socket is a M50100 which isn't much help as thats just about all of them. Does anybody know if I need the R4 or the R5. Any help much appreciated.

Those work. Find the same one in your country. Shouldn't be too hard. I installed one in my Streamer Stage II. It's perfect. I bought four more as spares.
