Sometimes I have met some amazing helpers at GC who were willing to help me straight up and not bullshit me, but yes most of the time the customer satisfaction there is a bunch of crap.

Anyway, it's good to hear that the model has been fixed and sorry to Ben for that even happening on stage to him. That must have sucked! =((
 
Just ran into this thread. Hopefully, I must have the old ferrule. Any chance of buying the newer version mentioned by Florin?
