I meant to post this here, but in stead I accidentally posted it in another thread.

this is the email I got from dana B Goods regarding how my bass was repaired. could someone explain it to me a bit better?

" I was able to fix it without removing the rod. I heat treated the neck to give more adjustment with the rod & lubed the nut so it doesn't catch as much. It adjusts much easier now.
I found a calendar floating around here - I'll send it with your bass (once I get the right address)."

Nevermind the warwick calendar part, thats just a plus

Hi Graham,
what I think he's saying is he clamped & heated the neck & set it to be better adjusted.I think the rod may've been maxed out so he bent the neck back to the beginining of it's adjustment area.If that makes sence.
