Differences between Corvette and Streamer?

Hey every one just wondering what the main differences are for a Streamer stage 2 compared to a corvette with active pickups. The pickup placement is similar to j bass on both basses, just wondering what some people would have to say about this, because i never got a chance to play a streamer?

the woods are different and one is a bolt on as to a nt. think they sound different

They sound VERY different. Check for clips on our forum (clips section)

The pickups are somehow similar to jazz Bass for Corvette, but different placement for Streamer Stage II - moved closer to the bridge. So it has a tighter, growlier sound.

Hey Nick, i had a corvette and have a SSII, they are very different bielieve me; the first is a good bass (better then 95% of all other basses in its class) with a decent tone, feel and wear while the second is a true piece of craftmanship with a neck-through design and curved body. it feels very different too.

OK kool thanks for sharing, i wish i could try one out, no music stores carry them, and i think guitar center doesnt sell warwick anymore, just rockbass?
