Hi all,

I have tried to buy some stuff from the Warwick online shop, but I gave up when I noticed the credit card payment web page was not encrypted.

What's up with that and should I worry?

Thanks!

That is odd for sure! In today's online world, there is no excuse for a site that accepts personal info etc, no to be fully secured.

Great question!

Warwick Onnline Shop Payment Encryption

to your Information:
The Warwick Shop uses the Client side Blowfish encryption to make shure that all Data you send will be saftly crypted for transmit to our payment provider.
The same encryption will be used by the payment provider.
You can be shure that all Data will send save and only used to handle your Order correcly and quick.

Maybe that little lock symbol which shows a payment is secure has appeared in a different part of the screen. That's what I found when I started using Windows Vista... had to hunt around for the little bugger!

The payment page does not use https, or have the "little lock" symbol.

That's the issue.

;)

Ok thanks, I think it was a bit disturbing that the encryption was not visible...
