Complete grinding off ?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a way to get (superficial) dents/scratches off my P Nut I (and in particular a dent on the upper horn), and browsing on the WW website I came across this pdf in which, among other things, they propose a "Complete grind off and revise".
Does this mean that they can remove dents and scratches by using abrasive and polishing tools?

I think Alex should know it better. I had one or two Warwicks restored at the factory, and they did a very good job!

That means they will sand the instrument completely once again, and reapply finish on it. Will remove most of the scratches and dents caused by normal use, given it's not the size of an ostrich egg

The "grinding" is due to a bad translation, I'm afraid...
