closing threads?

How much trouble would it be to allow the OP of a
for sale thread to close it when a deal is done?

It would make browsing those sections a lot easier
since we would be able to tell if something is still available
straight away.

My spam-worthy posts in the 'others' section made me think of it...

Maybe I'm just being dense and missed the option entirely, but I
don't think it is there...

What say you?
