I was foolin around on garageband and made a (kinda) song.

I thought it would be cool to do it with all of my basses.

Corvette

Thumb

SSI

Lakland

100% agree it's cool hearing the comparison between the four.

Very distinct differences between the Thumb and the Corvette.

The SS1 and Thumb sounded more similar (to me)

The Lakland was just very different but recognisable. It has that sound I'm used to through listening to Papa Roach as Tobin uses Lakland.

Really liked the sound of the Thumb. I feel more comfortable playing a Corvette so it's nice to hear 8)

Yeah nice!

But with all due respect IMO the Lakland sounds most cheap of all

sorry, could not resist but alle these basses have got their own character.

Thanks everyone.

Yeah paperbag, our vettes are about as different as vettes get. Different body wood, pickups, electronics, and mine fretless.

Very very nice!! Good initiative in comparing sounds of different instruments very enjoyable and helpful! Thanks a lot, I wish more people who had the chance would do what you did, thanks again.
