I have a 2000 Warwick Corvette 5 string. Does anyone know how much it would cost to have all the hardware changed from chrome to black? The tuners, two piece bridge, knobs, and strap locks need to be changed. I live in the U.S. so what dealer would I go to in order to have these parts ordered for me?

I'd possibly like to switch from the JANII to the JANIII on my bass. The little side pieces have yet to break off, but I figure why not replace it now instead of having it break during a gig. Anyone know if these are basically just drop in pieces?

On a side note - I've tried to switch the strap locks from my fretless Corvette but the screws and holes on the 5 string fretted Corvette were too big. If I ordered black strap locks for the 5 string, would I have issues getting them to fit and hold in the larger holes?

Thanks for any help.

Hey Griff,
Please contact any Warwick Dealer, and they will give you a quote. Or Hanser - the distributor.
For Parts :
Mark Sharp (877) 363-6444

There is no need to replace the nut, just you can buy one for backup. Even if the side wings are breaking, the nut will still be 100% functional. no big deal. Avoid rmoving all the strings. When you change the strings, change them one by one, and everything will be OK.
If the holes are bigger, use a toothpick and some glue :-)

Cheers, Flo
