you need to replace the whole thing.
Take a knife, and unglue the base part.
Then use a sand paper on a plane wood block, and sand the place down to be smooth and plane.
Then put the nut in position, and check the height.
If everything is Ok, just glue it. Use only 1 - 2drops of glue, and that's all
