Hi! I'm considering purchasing a 411PRO cab but I don't have the luxury of trying one out (the local places don't stock them). I'd like to know if you could give me a description of how they sound. I've searched everywhere for reviews but I haven't found anything useful.

I was told by a place that does stock them that they have a "slightly scooped mids" sound. Any thoughts on that? I'm familiar with how SWR, Eden, and Hartke cabs sound. Does the 411PRO sound similar to any of those?

Oh, and do they all come with casters? I'd really like to get a quad that I can wheel around! I'd appreciate any help you can give me! :)

Hey mate, welcome to the forum :-)

The best way to describe the 411 PRo is... just a good standard bass sound. I don't think is mid scooped, it deals very good with all frequencies.
They all have castors yes :-)

There is one thing about the 411 Pro that I love and it is the PUNCH. That thing sounds punchy no matter what amp head you use. It's quite amazing.

this is VERY true. the first thing i noticed about the 411 is that it is MUCH more punchy than the other PRO cabs.

Thanks mate. I might take you up on that offer if I get to Sydney anytime soon. No, that wasn't me that you spoke to.
