Hey guys. Happy day! Somehow after approximately a year, I see my old Streamer for sale, that I sold due to economics. He sold for a much lower price than he bought it from me for. He'd bought an Ibanez GW 5-string bass that he played in stead. Naturally, since I'd missed the bass, I bought it back! It's a '89 Streamer Stage 2, very nice bass. It's fretless now, but I might go and get the frets put back in. The seller had in fact replaced the preamp with a more original sounding Bartolini and changed all pots and the output jack. It's even better now!!
Check it out (sellers photos)

Waaaay cool. What a great turn-about !

And he updated or upgraded the pots and
EQ-pre ? You're keeping those ugrades on
the bass, right ? Well, he also yanked out
all them narstee frets for ya, and thaz a
freebie as well ... so why undo that ? ? ?
Seems like everything he did on it is very
much worth keeping :-)

Thanks Golem. Yes the owner before both of us had put in a replacement pre, seymour duncan or something, so it was nice that the guy I bought from now had put in a Bartolini NTBT-918 preamp and new pots and jack. I am keeping it like this. It was already fretless when I bought it the first time. Anyway, here she is with my new (and only rig) :) :
