If anyone is looking to swap they hardware on their Warwick basses to black, here's parts to get you started. Parts are for 5-string basses. Asking $100 + shipping for the whole lot.

Black pot knobs are missing but those are REALLY cheap new and available in many online shops.
I'd buy this if I hadn't already gotten rid of the fugly gold hardware on my Wick.
