Bass pickups clipping

Hello, I own a rockbass vampyre 5
everything was okay until recently the neck pickup started being clipped and in the sound was like, [video=youtube;ZrujXrB1_aE]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZrujXrB1_aE[/video] altough the bridge pickup works perfectly.

if anyone can suggest me regading what to do it would be great!
if anyone has a wiring diagram and can provide me with that it would help a lot too.

Have a look at the pu hight. Maybe the screws loosened over the time and the pu is now closer to the strings as it was before?

If lowering the pu hight doesn't help, I can't give any other answer. I have the same problem with my Infy NT4. Still found no solution. The bridge pu showed the same effect. After a replacement it works now. I don't use the neck pu, that's why I still not forced the case further.

The pickup itself cannot clip, but the electronics can if the signal is too loud. Neck pickup is louder because of the positioning, it also have more lows. So try to set it as it has the same audible output as the bridge pickup, and be gentle with the lows
