Hey everyone,

What kind of a balance pot would I need to get as a replacement for an active Corvette Standard from the 90's? And where's the cheapest place if possible? :) thanks in advance!
 
it depends whether you have active (Gold Logo) or passive pickups (silver logo with dynamic correction)

it is 25K vs 220k or so
 
It's active with the gold logo pickups. So the 25k pot should be fine?
 
Well given that it's the exact same reference I gave you in my first post, I'd say yes. (OK, my link was 3€ more expensive, but check the shipping price :-) )
 
Haha thank you! I have to buy a trussrod cover as well which I can't get on the other site, which is a pity as the shipping is indeed cheaper!
 
On a side note, do I have to get the MEC one or would any brand do as long as it's a 25k balance pot?
 
Any brand will do, but the MEC are small-ish 'compared to a CTS, it's almost half the size).
