I thought I'd share this helpful little trick I just learned from my guitarist. He plays a custom PRS and the paint job is one of the most beautiful finishes I've ever seen.
Anyway, we've all seen it... the most beautiful looking bass, with the best finish and smoothest lines... Only to turn it over to find numerous belt buckle scratches covering the back. Some might not have a problem with this but for me it takes away from the overall beauty (and price value) of an instrument.
The solution... a simple wrist sweatband.... that's right, simply slide the wristband over your belt buckle and whamola... no more annoying buckle scratches!
I usually don't tuck my shirt in but on those rare occasions that I do, I will definitely use this trick. ENJOY!
