Found this webstore, and saw that it was money to save, spite VAT and delivery.
 
Yes. Been there, huge place. A bit chaotic though.

I know people who had really bad luck with them when it comes to service.

Haven't done any internet deals with them yet though.
 
Some thing that wants to look like Gregory Peck shown on Swedish television 2. Duh! :D

I've been buying instruments there for a little while, good prices, great italian speaking vendors. A good experience at first. Then they sold me something which was probably hanging on a wall for years. I've even written to HP Wilfer to complain and he suggested to buy from my local dealer the next time. Well, I agreed.

it is from a really heartwarming documentary that was shown on swedish television. it was about two mentally challenged teenagers who went to an art school for people with special needs. and you got to follow them through their daily lives, and hear them talk about pretty much everything "normal" teenagers think about. like looks, love, life, ambitions, the future etc. and the frustrations of "being different" in certain situations.

and no, it wasn't the girl on the picture that wanted to look like gregory peck.

Their stock of warwicks are old and pretty messed up. They have a pretty bashed up SS1-6 in sunbutst. JAN1. Dirty as hell and full of dings. Price tag on that one 3559 €. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

It was easy to negotiate the price down to 2000 but that's still too high.

I understand that sometimes you have instruments collecting dust for years in shops......................but c'mon, the pricetag must be changed accordingly, and that's not always the case...............That sucks. I would never buy anything from such a store...................just doesn't feel right...... :?

It happens sometimes. They once offered me a brand new SS1 at 1800 euros, but I couldn't pick up the offer that time! I'm still eating my hands...
 
Of course not. The only thing that touches these basses is dust. I'm afraid for the italian vendor, but I'll avoid to buy there in the future. Personal opinion anyway.
 
Prolly takes alot of years to crack wood anyhow if its not exposed to any rain or outdoor elements

About that site, I won`t by any basses from them, I was looking mostly at cabinets and amps.
 
Ok, let's give them a chance. After all they are a big shop and mistakes are human. On the other hand I've bought my amp there with no probs at all.
