Hi folks,
as the text* in the upper half of my screen recommend, I want to say "Hello world" shortly.
Playing bass now for some years with different bands, living in Germany and got my first WW as a second hand bass from a local dealer. I just wanted to try, what I could do with a fretless bass. The second WW was found at e-bay, because the first one was so nice in handling and (needless to say) sound. Both are build in 2000.
At this time I'm looking for some ... thing ... to feed my new Mesa Boogie M6, because in my opinion the Streamer Pro M is not the very best choice for this amp. To me both the amp and the Pro M sound very focussed on mids, every part alone is good for the band but together it's too much to my ears. On the Ibanez I miss the special "feel" what I have with my WW, it didn't "talk to me". So I try to find out how other streamers could sound. Maybe I would prefer some precision-touch in a "warwick-way of sound"... or "something completely different" in the same direction (Clover, LeFay, Marleaux etc.)...
