there is a lot you can do with the tone control and mid switch and hi cut. for example, switch mid boos with either hi flat or cut and sweep the tone control from full up counter clockwise. here you will find your prefered attack. choose lo boost for a full sound, or lo cut for a clear sound (cords). its an intuitive thing. just try and trust your ears.
