It's pickup only from Nurnberg, in Germany, so maybe one of the guys from Markneukirchen can grab it?

I don't see that "non-playable" thing in the description:

Sales beautiful Nobby Meidel bass means here. The bass is completely sold, i.e. with gilded handle, belt, original stand and a made hard bowl suit-case (NP 280 €). the bass was hardly used the last 15 years, therefore the bass is in a very good condition. The gilded hardware sees for the age excellent out. The lacquer is not original, has tears. A mad bass with continuous neck from Wenge, maple, Palisander with gilded hardware of Schaller from Germany. The bass is absolute correct. The instrument comes from private hand, is used and as such is sold, i.e. no warranty and no cancelling. With interest I can also send the bass away (only European Union), the costs for this carry the buyer, according to my information develop for this approx.. 50 € forwarding expenses, can however vary.

Then much fun when offering!!

Just kidding. Remember a while ago, someone actually sold the scaled down non-playable Thumb for like couple of hundred Euros, even though it only costs like 40 Euro brand new ?? Hehe......... :lol:

A nobby?I'd love one to go busking with.Or if I was playing heaps of solos.A member here once found a Nobby for sale at a market stall for something like $500.That was pretty cool.

Why wouldn't you?

The nobby Is a great bass by itself, great solo tones, and being a "broomstick" headless, it's a bass that one can carry around everywhere, and it doesn't need double ball strings like a steinberger...

And the fact that it's a piece of Warwick History is a nice bonus, sure...

Interesting... Itought bidding on your own auctions was well... wrong?
Kind of makes you wonder if it's an actual nobby or just someone who has pictures of one... :P
 
Maybe he made a good deal! If not, at least eBay came out as winner.
