holy cow !

is that sonic blue ? (has it been painted or is it the stock colour ?)

and am i right: there are 3 batteries ?
so, you have 27 volt electronics ?

i like modded instruments, this one is nice :-)

never found out much about this bass, was told it could have been built to use as a promotional tool for use in trade shows. Not sure about if its a factory finish, they couldnt tell me alot from the serial number. 2 of the 9v batteries are used for the Status EQ circuit, the other is for the LED's in the neck.
