6 to 8 Weeks

ok this is pissing me right of its going to take 6 to 8 weeks for my corvette to get here i wish i had patience its like giveing a 6 year old all thee new toys then makeing im look ay them 4 6 weeks and not been able to touch them or use them lol
 
6 to 8 weeks is nothing,be thankful it's not months.Try to remember how far from germany we actually are.You're not dealing with Kmart here man.
 
could be worse. you could be getting nothing at all... :shock:

yeah im just used to find the bass i want working my ass of to get it then buying it n getn it that day
 
You are complaining about a custom job? I wish I had the balls for that.

youyr right guys i should be comeplanying its just frustrating not haveing a bass till the new one comes cos i lent the old one out 4 a bit

hehe I hear ya. It will be well worth the wait. Maybe pick up a $200 RockBass on the bay while you wait? Those things sound great and make an excellent back up bass or second-tuned stage bass.

Love the RockBass, but hate the name...
 
Just think about this : You are awaiting a custom built Warwick bass. YOU picked your wood, your options, your color. Aside from the builder and Warwick setup people, NO ONE will have touched your bass except YOU.
I haven't even gotten my price yet, but I'm not going to fret (no pun intended). When it comes, it comes. It will be MY bass just like yours will be YOUR bass.

agreed about all the rockbass stuff.

and the quote in your sig, we read Macbeth last year in my english class. have you read Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury? That's where he got his title. I'm actually reading that right now. i must say... it's extremely difficult.

Didnt he order a stock standard Corvette NT in ash?
 
Still his order though. Not gonna sit in Sam Ash or Guitar Center and be played by every unemployed doofus that has nothing to do but turn new basses into used ones... Worth the wait.
 
id only order CS when i already have 2 basses and i just want the CS as oppossed to needing it...

speaking of which... i only have one bass now, so im sort of impatient waiting for everything to settle so i can get an LTD (dont know which yet ... worse comes to worse, id end up with a SN vampyre)
 
i have to wait six months for my Buzzard CS and its nearly payed off ( $5000 DOLLARS WORTH)
 
The waiting game ahaha it's like torture specially on the last weeks ahha
For my 3 warwicks I've always have to wait 3 to 4 months to get them

Waited 3 months for my Thumb NT , waited 3 months for my 'Vette $$
and waited 4 months for my CS Streamer, so I'm used to that :P
