5-String Body Size

Does anyone know if a late model 5-string Corvette Standard body is the same size/width as a 4-string version? Will the 5-string body fit in the molded plastic case that my 4 string Corvette Standard came in? Thanks

I've got a 4 stringer and a 5 stringer and there is a difference in body size. I'm at work now so I can't tell you exactly what the difference is.

Thanks - yes, they're both bubinga but the grain of the wood is very different...give them each their own personality.
