Hi Guys,
Just an update on my band 300ft Gorilla. As I mentioned a few months ago on a thread our singer Hutch had been taken ill and decided to call time on 300ft Gorilla
Well as a band (guitar, bass and drums), we decided that we've been playing these songs far too long ~ 15 years in some cases, and that we didn't want to continue the band without Hutch - our fourth singer.
So that's it I'm afraid, unless Hutch wants to come back and do the odd reunion gig.
I'd just like to thank all of you for all the support and comments that you've given the band over the past 3 years. We do this for the love of music - not to make money or get famous. We produced everything in house, including all the artwork, recording, websites, songs etc, and the fact that other people take the time to listen and comment means a lot to all of us.
I will be working on new stuff with the same guitarist and drummer - we've been together for 17 years now - and our new singer for our cover band Dogman. So we should have some new stuff in the pipeline in 2011.
If anyone wants to buy either of our 300ft CDs, I'll do them at a great price - I would rather they were heard than sat in a box, and we just about sold enough to make our money back on them. Just drop me a line, and I'll work out postage to wherever you are.
