2005 corvette hot rod 4 : worth buying?!

Hey guys was thinking about buying a LTD hot rod corvette 2005 model. Just wondering if any of u guys have any experience with this particular bass and your opinions on it's sound, genre it suits etc. I am after a bass that matches my fender jazz for recording and was hoping the ltd could do that .Thanks guys.
 
never played one but they look great still kicking myself for not getting one when i had the chance
 
Thanks guys! But i still need to know your opinions on corvettes and in particular this one. It has hollow tone chamber, maple neck, swamp ash body the twin p style pick ups. I play a streamer ss2, thumb bo 5. How does the corvette stack up in your opinion? Unfortunately i cannot try this bass before i buy. Thanks guys.
 
it should have a punchy sound if it's like a streamett the construction and pups sound about the same.it should be able to get a megadeth type sound easy its a nice bass i woud get it over a reg vett any day.

You're buying this from Dominant's ebay store Darren?
Ask them if it's cool to send it back for a refund if it's not what you expected.
I think I know the bass you're loking at buying. I gave it a quick spin in 2007 & remember loving it.
