i thought so but i hear warwick used 3 different types of trussrods so i wanted ot make sure before i messed anything up.i did loosen it but the darn thing just won't move, don't get me wrong the neck as a straight as an arrow, but i'm led to believe i need relief to get my action super low. i can't seem to get my action as low as i want with out fret buzz. i did the spec on the nut according to the online pdf of the owners manual. any thoughts or tricks i'm not aware of? i do know it takes a day or so for the neck to move but it's been over 24hrs. i'm using taper core strings if that matters....i have raised the bridge to accommodate the difference in size.

you would think that but the guy i got it from said it was sitting around for for years, and i know the fingerboard can expand and thus the frets move,...but i did have a tech check it out. he aid the frets were in good shape and fairly level. the neck did finally move and i got my action pretty low. i had a fender before this bass so i think most of my problem is in my crappy technique ...haha.....i'm been playing for about 10 years and i gig out, and teach all the time, tho student enrollment is way down this year. anyway i've had a gazillion basses through out the years and i can honestly say after this warwick had a good setup it sounds amazing. i think most good tone come from the player but a great has would only enhance that i assume. btw, this forum is so cool and i thank you guys for helping me not screw up my bass. i don't want to have to drop my bass of at the tech's for every little adjustment and i've learned so much reading all these post....HEY florin is that an older thumb in your pic? i dig those dot inlays. anyway thanks again guys!!
