1999 5 string Streamer Stage I..What is it worth?

Hi guys..well i need a bit of advice again..i have found a '99 Streamer Stage I 5 string for sale and it appears to be in Good condition for a bass that is nearly 11 years old now. Now my problem is that the seller wants $ 2500 for it (australian) which i is about $1650.00 euros / $2200.00 US.
SO what is a good price for a 99 streamer ss I do you think?
Any help(and pretty urgently) would be great!

And also...what sort of neck did the 1999 warwicks have? (i am real fussy about necks..dunno why??)I know it is not the new shape but is it still the same as anything pre- new shape(unless custom ordered)? Thanks guys!

FWIW advice given by guys in Europe will be pretty much irrelevant to the value of Streamer 5 strings in Australia! For whatever reason Warwicks hold their value better in Australia (or start off more expensive when new); for instance a SS I - 5 string could be found used in the UK for less than £1000.

Thanks Warwickhunt.. i understand where you are coming from in regards to the various exchange rates and market values compared to europe...i am thinking about buying it but at $2000 aus.. Still some info on the neck would be much appreciated!!
