I can play slap, but I am not that great at it. Im looking for something to solidify my technique and to help me improve my speed and accuracy. Ideas?

I cant seem to get a good slap sound on my Thumb NT, i hate to say it but when i wanna play slap i tend to pickup my marcus miller jazz bass. :oops: Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a better slap tone on the thumb. thanks
