Hi, I have one bass with a MOP Trussrod cover. I have seen this only on the 5th Anni and a bass from the Scorpions bass player - Francis Buchholz Was this a vintage custom indicator or option? Anyone who has a bass with one of these?

I've found this awesome Stage II for sale at Ishibashi in Japan: I have sent an email inquiring about it, about what year/woods etc. I also asked about whether the "REF" means that is has been refinished. Although I think Warwick does do pearl finishes, so the refinish might've been done...
